What internet packages do you offer and how much do they cost?⌄
Home internet starts from Ksh 1,500/month for our Bronze package (5 MB/s) up to Ksh 3,500/month for Platinum (20 MB/s). All packages include free installation, no hidden charges, and you can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
How fast can I get connected?⌄
You can be online the same day you call. Our technicians are based in Nairobi and typically arrive within hours of your request. Installation usually takes 1–3 hours depending on your premises.
Is WiFi the same as fiber internet?⌄
WiFi is the wireless signal distributed inside your home from a router, while fiber uses fiber-optic cables for extremely fast, low-latency connectivity. Sawiri provides both — our team will advise the best option for your location and usage.
Can I connect multiple devices?⌄
Absolutely. All packages support multi-device connectivity — computers, smartphones, smart TVs, CCTV cameras, printers and tablets. For busy households we recommend Gold or Platinum.
Do you require long-term contracts?⌄
No. We operate on flexible monthly packages — pay month-to-month and cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time. We earn your loyalty through service, not rigid agreements.
What speed do I need for streaming and video calls?⌄
HD streaming (Netflix, YouTube) works well from 8 MB/s (Silver). For 4K streaming or regular video conferencing, Gold at 15 MB/s is ideal. Content creators and businesses with multiple users should go Platinum.
What happens if my internet goes down?⌄

Do you install CCTV and other security systems?⌄
